In Gta the more stars you have the more wanted you are i believe we should have a similar system, so for example speeding would give you 1 star or low priority to be stopped but repeat offences or a big crime like robbing bank would give you 5 stars and cops would do all possible to stop you.

There is a star system already, but you only get a mid-star when you rob a player or when you kill, also, you can get a full star by doing another crime, by the way, you instantly get a fine when speeding, so there is no need for a star

Also, more starts means a different punishment (prison time, EXP fine, Lp$ fine, and so on).
