Players Without Vip Could Have 3 Accounts On Bank Like Savings Account, Account Specifies For Card Debt Among Other Utilities

1. Buying and selling stocks function comes from first Insims developed by Doug and Darktimes. Not something useful for us and to get it working like in real life, we should have more companies and a stock exchange.
