Credit/Debit card could be used to purchase everything without needing to go to bank and withdraw pyshical money . Debit/credit card could be made in a bank for 10-20k  and u would need to wait like 3 days to get it u could have Different tiers  Silver-Gold-Platinum-Diamond  Different tiers means different spending allowance.

Using credit cards will destroy the robbery/death system, as anyone will prefer to use a credit card instead cash in hands. Also, we would allow people to steal credit cards from other players and use them to purchase ingame things, what won't be something cool for most of the players.
