Multi Account Ban?

first of all, I have to say that I have a license and I hate this lfspro platform.

Because every time there is a new unnecessary update,either the computer does not download the update or the game is broken, the account is reset or another error when downloading the update. I haven't been able to access the system for the last 1 month... It would be really nice if you could figure out this" Multi Account " crap. I just forgot the password of my first account for a second account and started not to enter the servers were constantly giving errors,I decided to open a new account and finally opened this account, but I think the system put the ip ban on its own. All I ask you to do is remove the ban on espadaxxx, which is my only account that has been banned for no reason.
