Accidental multiacc

I dunno if you actually will reply. Unfortunately, I did not check all of the rules and I understand that this ban is fully my fault.

Today (may 9th) I've created first account with b*********@g****.com address. I've tried de-blocking the game, but got 'Server does not respond' error. I've tried activation 3 times, then received the message that there are no more activations this week.

I've thought that there was something wrong with the acc and created a new one - got banned (obviously). And afterwards I got a bright idea of testing my friends account - got banned too.

If possible, I'd like to ask to unban one account (+friend's account) an delete my second acc (did not find the option to do so from the forum). I can provide all of the necessary accound details and I do not have any malicious intents towards the game/service/admins/staff, this all was due to a human mistake.
