Account banned for multiaccount,unbanned and banned again

Good day.Recently my account had been banned for multi accounts, i had written an appeal the day after that was not answered, yesterday this site had gone under maintenance and when it was back up my account had been unbanned. This morning as i was hoping to play live for speed again, my account had been banned once more. I am asking for an unbanning of my account officially and i am willing to deal with any deletion of my other accounts. Thank you in advance.
