Login for the first time gone wrong

Hi @admins please help.. I tried to login in my account for the first time as itbwas created 1 day ago.. I consumed my 4 tries of login's and they all gave me an error because i didnt notice my Internet was terrible.. 

Now i have to wait a week!! 

I read here on forume that i can ask for help about this..
