UCL in Launcher

Hi. I would like to suggest that you place the Used Car Lot in the Initiator, because it is a bit cumbersome to open it in the forum if you want to buy a fast car.

Also add the option to minimize the initiator on the desktop because it is impossible to minimize it

We included a minimize button on Launcher, that will be available on next Insim update. Player received a reward voucher by PM for this suggestion.

We wont add UCL on launcher, as our main purpose is to keep players coming to the forum. Moving functions to outside will decrease the amount of players that login into the forum, consequently decreasing forum popularity.
