We are trying to organize Blackwood in a way it stay cool to drive, but safe to avoid accidents, specially near John Jobs area. We gave two options to players on Discord: add traffic lights and keep two way streets, or make almost all streets in industrial area one way streets.
As most people voted to add traffic lights and keep two way, so probably we will make some changes in hole layout to avoid creating danger areas.
Estamos tentando organizar o Blackwood de forma a ficar legal para dirigir, mas seguro evitar acidentes, especialmente perto da área de John Jobs. Damos duas opções aos jogadores em Discord: adicione semáforos e mantenha as ruas de duas vias, ou faça quase todas as ruas nas ruas unidirecionais na área industrial.
Como a maioria das pessoas votou em adicionar semáforos e manter as duas vias, então provavelmente vamos fazer algumas mudanças no layout inteiro para evitar criar áreas perigosas.

MRT cannot be used. I mean, it can be used, but players who have money and reputation to use a MRT, probably wont use it to delivery pizza. Using an UF1, make more sense. But we need to think in more specs, like what happens if the pizza boy just decide to not delivery?

We will have a new profession that may help officers with wanted players. If not, let's see what we can do with this new police role.

Something to think but 1000 slots is really much, considering 1.5mb each skin, the total will be equivalent to 1.5GB of storage only for skins for 1 player for 5brs, what is less than 2 bucks here.

Ahm, I think Detran is equivalent to our DOT (DMV in USA). Let's see if I get your idea: when someone buys a new car, he needs to drive to DMV to get a new plate for it, with the possibility to change letters?
The idea is cool, but we have a big issue with players not using the correct plate. Also, changing letters is a feature of cell phones, which is an accessible only by VIPs. Allowing all players to get custom plates will cause this function on cellphone makes no sense. As I said, the idea is cool, but while we apply 50 fines a day due "Wrong Plate", we cannot have multiple plates to a single user.

A ideia é legal, mas temos um grande problema com os jogadores que não usam a placa correta. Além disso, mudar de letra é uma característica dos celulares, que é acessível apenas por VIPs. Permitir que todos os jogadores obtenham placas personalizadas fará com que esta função no celular não faça sentido. Como eu disse, a ideia é legal, mas enquanto aplicamos 50 multas por dia devido a "Placa errada", não podemos ter placas múltiplas para um único usuário.

Let's analyse. You got reputation with fake races and started to sell earned reputation for Lp$ (no, you didn't get reputation with legal races). It's considered a glitch, aka hack, and let's what the rules say about hacks (I will copy portuguese version):

You are the responsible for all external programs you use. If you saw that you were passing through objects and weren't coliding to them, why didn't you restarted the game without the rear cam?

High pings cause a different behavior of the car, and not what we can see on the replay. High pings means MAYBE you will receive and send delayed information about your position, and that's why some players just jump on the screen. It's different from being in the same position as other player, and while the other player flies, you still onthe same route as before.
Maybe you weren't using the crash hack, but maybe you were using other external softwares, like multitools, rear cam or anything else, maybe a vob mod, and it can affect. I already used multitoold and its rear cam for some reason does exactly the same thing as crash hack. Vob mods also can make a replay look exactly as a crash hack, due difference of hitbox of cars.
Due the proof the player showed, and the only thing you have to prove you didn't use is your own words, you will stay banned.

You gave two ideas. First is about seat belt, and second is about losing driver licence after some fines. Both are good, and we can improve a bit like making players lose more health in crashes if not fastened the seat belt for example. I will discuss the best approach with the other admins.
Você deu duas idéias. Primeiro sobre o cinto de segurança, e o segundo é sobre a perda da licença de motorista após algumas multas. Ambos são bons, e podemos melhorar um pouco como fazer com que os jogadores perdem mais saúde em falhas, se não forem o cinto de segurança, por exemplo. Discutirei a melhor abordagem com os outros administradores.

We already talked about that in admin room, but it can be really annoying specially for new players.
We will try to buy for a cheaper price the code to modify the specs of LFS.exe or maybe learn by ourselves and then try something cool, but in the future. We can have 300hp UF1, XRG faster than FZ5, and so on. The problem is to control this difference of power and check who really bought something and who is a cheater.

After all checks and voting with other members of counsil, we decided to delete all other accounts except "Marz". This account will remain banned from Cruise server (due 100 warning points) til January 7.
The player was fined in Lp$100000 due problems caused to staff team, including multi account checks, logs verifications and so on, and this money was reverted to police department.

To be honest, we are really thinking about this option, but we don't want to be unfair with players (specially those who have GTR's). We are trying to balance the things because the actual fine for "wrong driver licence" is very cheap, if you consider that players who buy a GTR have enough money to pay for it. We are considering few things, like seizing the car, arresting the player or increasing the fine value.
Para ser sincero, estamos realmente a pensar nessa opção, mas não queremos ser injustos com os jogadores (especialmente aqueles que possuem GTR). Estamos tentando equilibrar as coisas porque a multa real por "licença de driver incorreta" é muito barata, se você considerar que os jogadores que compram um GTR têm dinheiro suficiente para pagar por isso. Estamos considerando poucas coisas, como pegar o carro, prender o jogador ou aumentar o valor da multa.

red lights already give you a fine. Fines for Spec/Garage/!Tow mean a cost for a "tow". Look, in real life, you cannot "press esc and appears at your house". You need to drive back or pay for a tow. As this thread makes no sense, I'm closing it.
As luzes vermelhas já lhe dão uma multa. Multas para Spec / Garage /! Tow significa um custo para um "tow". Olhe, na vida real, você não pode "pressionar esc e aparecer em sua casa". Você precisa dirigir de volta ou pagar um reboque. Como esse tópico não faz sentido, vou fechá-lo.

Jobs must worth its money. You will never earn thousands and thousands dollars delivering pizza. We already have the 'starting' job as cleaner (specially on new insim) and deliveries on John Jobs/Transport Company/Correo.
If players really want to delivery pizza, even receiving few bucks for it, we can go ahead and try to add it into insim. I will let this thread open til next update. If we get enough opinions, I can add.
