ProLauncher.exe closes after login

Hello, i have a problem with ProLauncher.exe, when i open ait and give it to log in, the program keeps loading and after a few seconds it closes, and i get a text file in the game folder called error.log inside it is this ( - Close Log - 20 ) i have already tried reinstalling the game and the launcher, but nothing works, it closes. Any solution for this?
