1- GENERAL
Please remember that we do not encourage players to break or violate the Live for Speed terms of service. Our goal is to keep all invited players together in the same community, allowing them to invite other players.
Be aware that we provide our services with the assistance of our community. Our services are updated by our own members. Administrators are only responsible for deciding where and which content will be available.
2- UPDATES
We reserve the right to decide whether a service will be updated, repaired, altered, or discontinued. These members responsible for keeping the software up to date may decide, on their own, to leave this community.
We reserve the right to update any service at any time, with or without prior notice. During updates, players may need to download LFSPro software and/or update their accounts and/or may be required to provide additional information.
During maintenance time, no refunds will be provided for paid services or for server owners who have tradable items.
3- RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note that we are not responsible for any messages posted, except those by Admins and Moderators. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any message, and we are not responsible for the content of any message.
Messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this site. Any user who believes a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email or through a forum message. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so within a reasonable timeframe if we determine that removal is necessary.
4- COOKIES
Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users. This helps us provide you with a personalized experience when you browse this site. In any situation, your details, including email address, IP, or other details, will not be shared.
Additionally, we provide Google Adsense to visitors in order to monetize our content. This service may collect data to provide visitors with the best ad experience. In any situation, your details will not be shared with third-party companies.
5- ADSENSE
As mentioned in item 4, we provide Google Adsense for visitors. They should be treated as advertisements and not as a means to help us through intentional clicks. We cannot detect on our side who, how, and where the visitor made a click. This means there is no way to reward users who clicked on the ads.
We do not encourage "help clicks" as we are not paid when an intentional click is made. Feel free to disable the ads at any time.
6- SENSITIVE CONTENT
We provide a visitor experience on game servers. As a game, you may encounter situations that are illegal in real life, such as using/selling drugs, weapons, theft, evading traffic laws, and so on. These situations are not real and should never be done in real life.
We do not encourage this type of behavior in real life. Be aware that you may be subject to punishment under the laws of your country if you act in this manner.
7- SOFTWARE
We provide software "AS IS" to allow access to our services, such as LFSPro Launcher and DCon. These software may collect data to identify a single computer, such as hardware information, LFSPro username, and LFSPro password.
We DO NOT collect sensitive data such as passwords from other software, registered emails on computers, files, or any other personal content unrelated to LFSPro.
8- CONTENT
All content produced by LFSPro, such as skins, layouts, images, or any other content, cannot be used on any other server unless authorized by Admins. This authorization can be revoked at any time by the Admins. Servers, including their members, found using LFSPro content without authorization from our Admins, will be punished.
9- PUNISHMENTS
LFSPro will punish any acts considered offensive to the community or that attempt to harm the provision of any LFSPro service, considering the severity of the situation, location, previous punishments, and positions. All players will have the opportunity to appeal before a definitive ban from the platform, through an exclusive section for such discussions.
The following will not be accepted:
- Toxic, abusive, or disrespectful behavior
- Violation of other members' privacy
- Unauthorized spam, advertisements, repulsive content, or content belonging to third parties except those in the public domain
- Copies of content belonging to LFSPro, ProStudios, BRCruise, and associated servers
- Sabotage of any service associated with LFSPro, ProStudios, BRCruise, and associated servers
The applied punishments will be directly communicated to the player involved in the violations and/or through the ban list present in the forum.
10- ACCOUNTS
Players are allowed to create only two accounts per computer and network. This means that creating more than two accounts on the same network, or using the same computer even on a different network, may result in the permanent removal of the involved accounts.
LFSPro reserves the right to automatically delete accounts that exceed this limit without prior notice in an automated way. If any player has had their account deleted and believes they have been treated unfairly, they may open an appeal.
11- AGREEMENTS
By using this service, you agree not to use this site to post any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this site.
You agree to share your information with Google Adsense to provide the best ad experience.
You agree to follow the rules at any time, in any situation, even if you have paid for any service and/or provided any financial support to LFSPro.
