Boa tarde adms, faz quase 24 horas que eu comprei os creditos e eles aindam nao chegaram. Paguei por paypal e eles ainda nao chegaram ao email. Já verifiquei na aba Email Spam/Lixo e nao está nada.
Desculpem ser chato a fazer tantas apelaçoes mas eu apenas quero voltar a jogar o jogo e espero que nao tenha ocorrido nenhum problema com os créditos.

Boa tarde, Coloquei 3000 creditos agora mesmo ( 19:50 Horario de Paris) quanto tempo mais ou menos demoram os creditos a chegar?
E quando os tiver e comprar alguma coisa com os creditos, eles serão cobrados instantaneamente ou é preciso esperar?

Please if you've translate it you'd know I didn't say anything wrong. I know I did say ironically "Lfs is getting better" because the tow test was very late on other countries and they could not thing about only in Brazil. Then he said no one care about my opinion and nobody asked me anything because I did never put money on the game (ps: This game is free and everyone has the right to give opinions). Then he answered me arrogantly and I freaked out I know. I said Brazil doesn't move on because people like him. I apologize for that but I'm not a bad person I just wanna play the game and I will deposit credits for the unban and VIP but please when I do that, don't keape judging me. I didn't know why you said you don't want people like me in this game. I always respected the rules and never disrespected no one. I know I offended skc but then i went to ask him for pardon (apologize sry my english) and he just said "Fuc* you son of a bi***". I don't think I'm the one disrespecting people. But as I said before I offended skc saying that stuff, I apologize and I'm not 10 years old for saying this but everyone knows he started. I asked players about the situation and they did say I didn't do anything wrong and he's the one who started for answering me in a bad way. And I know you don't give a **it about what they say in my behavior I know that. But I realized I did say something wrong and again I apologize.

Good afternoon, today (18-02-2019) I was banned by "skinzinho" for saying that the RES's test schedule is too late [01:15 am (Brasil)/ 05:15 am (paris)]. "Skinzinho" told me that no one had asked for my opinion and nobody wanted to know where I live. I was banned for no reason and here are the prints I took. I know I jumped a little and I think I offended the staff but he first started showing arrogance and ignorance. He also said that since I did not spend money in the game, I had no right to comment on anything. Thank skinzinho for losing 20 euros (85 reais) that I was going to deposit next week. It may not interest you what I'll say now but the player "AppleAddict" (one of my best friends) has already spent around 50 euros in this game, and I offered him money to deposit in the game so don't come with me that I did not spend money on the game because even if I had not spent any money, I had the same right to speak.
PS: And the reason i have not spent more many is because of this little things going on (brasilian staff being ignorant with other players, etc.) And i'm not trying to offend anybody or something. I'm just saying.

Boa tarde, hoje (18-02-2019) fui banido pelo "skinzinho" por dizer que o horário de teste de resgate é muito tarde [ 01:15 am (brasilia) // 05:15 am (paris) ]. "Skinzinho" disse me que ninguém tinha pedido a minha opinião e ninguém queria saber onde eu moro. Eu fui banido sem razão e está aqui os prints que eu tirei. Sei que me exaltei um pouco e penso que ofendi o staff mas ele começou primeiro mostrando arrogância e ignorância. Também disse que como eu não gastei dinheiro no jogo, não tinha direito de opinar sobre nada. Agradeçam ao skinzinho por perderem 20 euros ( 85 reais) que eu ia depositar na próxima semana. Pode não vos interessar o que eu vou dizer agora mas o jogador "AppleAddict" (um dos meus melhores amigos) já gastou por volta de 50 euros neste jogo, e eu ofereci dinheiro para ele depositar no jogo por isso não me venham com essa que eu não gastei dinheiro com o jogo porque mesmo que não tivesse gasto nenhum dinheiro, tinha o mesmo direito de opinar.
PS: Desulpe por publicar 2 vezes. Eu acho que publiquei no sitio errado a primeira vez e nao sei como apagar.

Hi, the high speed ramps take to much condition to the car. Why won't you replace it for the Black and Yellow speed ramps like on "Detran".
I mean, you could put 2 or 3 in a row instead of the white ramps, they are bug and take a lot of damage/condition to the car even if you go at 5 km/h.
A lot of players been asking for it, why don't you replace them ?

Boa tarde, eu fui banido devido a multi-contas. Eu apenas queria começar de novo porque fazia muito tempo que não entrava no jogo.
É possível ser desbanido ou é permanente?
Por favor eu amo este jogo e os servidores, nunca atrapalhei o jogo de ninguém e sempre jogo limpo, posso ser desbanido por favor? Perdoe me pelas multi-contas.
