[still banned for no reason]

i'm still banned for no reason and got no answer or help in the discord of forgivness, it's been 3 days can i actually get atleast a reply or help ? ...

i Think the second City hall quest, where u have to find mayor' advisor so u can take him to dot he surgery, is too short for 6 mins to find the advisor, 6 mins isn't really enough unless u get lucky and find him shortly, i think the time should be increased, that's just a suggestion, or simplify it, by making the advisr in specific locaitons ... like banks ... car dealers etc, at starting the quest it should say like: he was ina  car dealer last time ... etc or he was depositing money .. or gambling
