LUNCHER IS NOT OPENING IN WINDOWS 11 NO MATTER WHAT I DO..?

Luncher is working in windows 10 all fine and good but when i recently updated to win 11 luncher wouldnt open

i tried putting it in exception and disabling windows defender thing but still couldnt open it so i am looking forward to get some

help form forum....
