Tomi21 Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 In real world, ipva changes whilst the car devaluates, actually in the server, cars do suffer from devaluation, but this doesn´t affect the amount that you have to pay of ipva. I am suggesting two things, firstly, to reconsider the rate in which cars devaluate in the server, because, it is very high, it cannot be possible that you buy a car that´s 75k and once you own it, the value that the server says it´s worth is 22k. Secondly, I am suggesting that the IPVA bases on the value that the server considers it´s worth rather than the value when it was new, I think that this last suggestion will make the server more real than what it is now, because governments use the value they think the car´s worth to charge that tax.
